Difference Coffee sources its Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee from Sir John's Peak, an exclusive nano-lot at Wallenford estate – a legendary farm. 100% genuine Blue Mountain coffee rated as Grade 1 (meaning the biggest and best beans available at size 17) by the Jamaican Coffee Board is very good quality but not quite good enough for us. We insisted on beans of size 19 and higher, with zero defects – and for these to be exclusive to us.
